Blackcabstudio was created in 2002 primarily as a photography business. It soon became clear that many of our customers also wanted framing services and this led Michelle to train in all aspects of professional picture framing. Blackcabstudio now supplies beautifully presented pictures to corporate clients all over the country as well as supporting a thriving local trade across Peterborough, the Deepings and Lincolnshire.

Along with the personal service and handmade nature of the framing and mounting work, blackcabstudio stands apart due to the photography element of the business. We can scan, modify, enhance, and repair photographic images, if required, before framing. A high quality printing service is available.

More recently we have launched Yourboatgallery, a photograph enhancing, printing and framing service primarily aimed at sailors but increasingly used for all sorts of subjects from family portraits to holiday pictures. Please do take a look at our separate web site.
